Hi, I’m Scott from Brooklyn.  The Specific Carbohydrate Diet, designed by Elaine Gotschall, is helping me overcome Crohn’s. I’ve been on the diet since mid-January 2009, and have been feeling better every week.

I had read lots on the web about the diet, but realized that there was no centralized list of resources about the SCD. Well, I happen to be a web developer, so I thought I’d give back to the SCD Community by creating the SCD Database, in an attempt to help others find the info they need that will help them feel better.

The idea behind the site is a very simple one: to make it the most comprehensive list of SCD resources on the web.  Its purpose is not to give info on the SCD itself, but to provide links to as many resources about the diet as possible.

I’ll need your help to make this happen! If you know about a site that’s not listed in the SCD Database, please use this page to tell me about it.
